In Home Personal Training
I will do personal training sessions in your house! I will work around your space, equipment, and timing to be as flexible as possible.
What You Get
No need to arrange child care or worry about getting out of the house. I will come to you and use whatever space and equipment you have available, or I'll bring my own if needed. Kids are welcome (if you want them to be)!

- 2-4 weeks apart
- 90 minute evaluation for first session
- 60 minute sessions after that
- At these sessions, we will troubleshoot exercises, learn new exercises, check progress and goals, and adjust programming as needed
- Workouts will be done on your own at home with support from me!

Personalized programming with 3 workouts per week

- Length of workouts is based on what you want and have time for, and what additional workouts or activity you are doing
- Fit your workouts in whenever you have time!
- Papers and/or videos with detailed instructions for each exercise
- Kids won't let you workout? I will include programming that kids can do with you, or a simple activity you can set up for them to do while you workout!

Having trouble with an exercise? Breathing doesn't seem quite right and you can't figure it out? Do you have a question about your program or are you having a hard time finding time for your workouts? Email me! You can even send me a video of you doing an exercise and I will analyze it and send it back to you with feedback. I am here to help you reach your goals!
