Foundational Movement Program

This program is designed for active moms and moms-to-be who want to move better, feel stronger, and address movement patterns that may be contributing to discomfort while building a strong foundation for exercise during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
In our 1:1 sessions we focus on:
• Identifying movement patterns that may be contributing to discomfort
• Learning targeted corrective exercises
• Improving stability, mobility, and coordination
• Building a simple home exercise routine to support your training
This option is ideal if you:
• Already have a workout routine
• Want expert guidance on movement mechanics
• Are exercising during pregnancy or returning to exercise postpartum
• Want to stay active and comfortable throughout pregnancy
• Need help resolving nagging aches or movement limitations
